Design character：

■High toughness and wear-resistance matrix body is adopted to reduce affects for blade broken, to make PDC bit apply to drilling mud in varieties sand concentration, to prolong life time of PDC bit

■The back row cutters help to cut rocks, to prolong lifetime and to deduct cost of PDC bit.

■Wide flow design discharges drilling mud smoothly. This design is suit for fast drilling.

■This design let pressure on PDC bit is balanced in drilling, and ensure flow area of each blade of bit is fit for high abrasive formations(such as gritstone, quartz, etc.). Drilling rate can be 40 to 50 m/h.
